Unless you were locked in a closet with no contact with the outside world, you have been bombarded all day with steroid talks. In the usual ESPN “Anti-Yankee” broadcast, we were reminded every 2 seconds that Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte were named as two players on the list of suspected Steroid users. As well… we even heard the stupidity of certain analysts saying “the Yankees shouldnt have won the Series in 2000, because they had guys on steroids”. lol
The pitchers were named by a former Yankees trainer, Brian McNamee, who detailed the alleged drug use of his two clients. Clemens vehemently denied the allegations through his legal counsel, while Pettitte declined comment through his agent.
“Roger has been repeatedly tested for these substances, and he has never tested positive,” said Clemens’ attorney, Rusty Hardin. “There has never been one shred of tangible evidence that he ever used these substances, and yet he is being slandered today.”
“The use of steroids in sports is a serious problem, it is wrong and it should be stopped,” Hardin said. “However, I am extremely upset that Roger’s name was in this Report based on the allegations of a troubled and unreliable witness who only came up with names after being threatened with possible prison time.”
Andy Pettitte has yet to comment. It is alleged that Pettitte “took steroids two to four times while recovering from his injury a few years back”. My take on this is.. 1)There is a huge difference between taking steroids one time to recover from serious injury..as opposed to taking them on a regular basis to cheat. and 2) How do you come up with a number such as 2 to 4 times?? You cant remember if you injected a guys ass 2, 3, or 4 times?? If it was that few amount of times..you would be able to give an exact number….not “2 to 4″.
It seems as if the BIASED witchhunt of Yankee players came from George Mitchell, who woroks with the Boston Red Sox!!!
It’s also funny…that all these are ACCUSATIONS…with NO PROOF!!

It’s truly amusing the paranoia, the rationalization, the anger out of Yank**Land. Your so-called ‘witch hunt’ found your players were dirty and you’re crying about it. You obviously haven’t read the report if you say something as idiotic as “It’s also funny…that all these are ACCUSATIONS…with NO PROOF!!” What’s really FUNNY is that notes, emails, canceled checks, money orders, phone records, and witness testimony apparently aren’t proof for Al-Yankzeera. If your assertion is true, your precious Yank**s will sue for defamation. When they don’t, perhaps you’ll realize the validity of the report.
December 14th, 2007 at 1:15 pm
It seems you are easily fooled by ESPN’s wording of things.
They did not say that the emails, cancelled checks, and notes, applied to certain players.. YOU are assuming those were to the Yankee players named.
There is absolutely no proof at this time…which is why there will be no suspensions. You probably will see lawsuits…stay tuned.
Next… even if those players were on steroids… that doesnt mean that they also missed about 200 other players. It seems funny that the investigation was directed towards Yankee players (Im suuuure the majority of players just happened to be Yankees..right?? lol).. and
the Red Sox (the organization that this clown works for) did not pull any Red Sox names out of that list?? Not trying hard enough? LOLL and dont tell me he said “Gagne”..because he wasnt even on the Sox.
The bias is obvious from both Baseball and ESPN.
There is no need to be “angry” in Yankee land…because when it all comes down to reality… nobody cares!!
The steroid issue is a media driven hype….but reality is..FANS DONT CARE!! Fans want to see the game…and thats that.
December 14th, 2007 at 1:19 pm
By the way “Yank Paranoia” … Where are the failed drug tests?? OHHH…there are none?? Looks like no proof.
So basically we are goingon the word of some ex-trainer guy that got fired by the Yankees and wants to kick dirt now?
December 14th, 2007 at 2:32 pm
It seems you are easily a fool. YOU assume there probably will be lawsuits, yet “there will be no suspensions”…..you stay tuned…
Next…the list was never said to be all encompassing…not all who used are on the list, BUT all on the list are those who used. Think a minute and perhaps you’ll understand that. The “investigation was directed towards Yank** players”? No, the main witnesses worked within the Mets and Yank**s organizations so obviously there clientele would largely be through their work associations.
The bias comes from Yank** fans who are understandably upset the team and players they invested their time, money, emotion into have been exposed as cheats.
By the way, you do understand murderers have been convicted with no body, yet you point to no failed drug test as no proof. That is terrible logic. As far as you speaking for all fans, saying they don’t care. I guess the hundreds of thousands of fans voting on polls, calling talk radio, writing to blogs, writing to newspapers, etc. are faking it, just like the Yank**s.
December 14th, 2007 at 4:07 pm
“Al-Yankzeera” - OK so this guy is a Met fan. Or a Redsox fan that lives in NY (which means he was a Yankee fan, unitl the Sox win a few weeks ago) because Al-Yankzeera is a common term found in Phil Musnick’s columns.
Before I pour the ETHER, I’d like to know what team does Yankee Paranoia root for?
December 14th, 2007 at 5:16 pm
Wrong… note that they “allegedly” used steroids. If there was PROOF of it…then why has there been no action?
The main witnesses worked within the Mets and Yankees organization?? 1) That proves my point that Mitchell was targeting NY players…. I find it odd that he did not come up with any Bostom witensses?? hmmmm LEts use some common sense here. 2) Clemens was supposedly with Toronto when he was “using steroids”.
I’m sure that it just so happens that Yankees lead the list of players on steroids conveniently.
Murderers have been convicted without a “BODY”….but not without PROOF. so much for that logic.
Yankee fans have invested time and money for cheats?
1) All FANS have..because everytime has about 20% of their players on steroids. Just because they havent been caught..doesnt mean they didnt do it.
2) Like I said… Who cares?? We invest our time and money to see a winning team on the field… NOBODY CARES if therea re steroids. When the Yankees are on the field, and Giambi comes to the plate…you will hear NO ONE in the corwd saying “I hope he strikes out..cause he’s on steroidfs”…. they will all be cheering if he hits a homerun.
ALL this is…is a chance for JEALOUS fans who hate the Yankees to complain. You cry about payroll..and this is another thing you can cry about…but in the end… WE DONT CARE!!
“I guess the hundreds of thousands of fans voting on polls, calling talk radio, writing to blogs, writing to newspapers, etc. are faking it, just like the Yank**s.”
^^^^ EXACTLY my point… I said “THE MEDIA is all that cares and hypes it”…you just proved my point. Talk radio, newspapers, blogs….it’s Media… The real fans who go see the games could care less. Just watch next season when Yankee Stadium is sold out EVERY GAME of the seaosn, and is filled with scrraming fans rooting for the “cheaters”.
December 14th, 2007 at 5:56 pm
“If there was PROOF of it…then why has there been no action?”
Using that logic, there’s been ZERO defamation lawsuits filed disputing the evidence on those named. Oh but why? I guess everyone named is guilty. Or, perhaps the answer for both is the report has been out for a mere 24 hours.
Yes, let’s use some common sense here. Two people’s phone records, financial statements, computers, letters, and testimony were taken as part of a plea agreement. They named many Yank**s. So what is your problem? Do you “find it odd” there were no witnesses from Tampa Bay? How about Kansas City? No, but you single out Boston why, because they’re World Champions? Because you’re implying some giant coverup including the faking of financial statements, phone records, testimony etc. all to attack the Yank**s( see Yank** Paranoia.) Some team had to have the most players named, it was your Yank**s, get over it.
If there is truly no proof as you contend, let the defamation lawsuits commence. If you think Mitchell took almost two years to throw a dart at a board of Yank** names risking credibility, defamation lawsuits, etc. again see Yank** Paranoia.
Also, why would anyone be jealous of a team that has cheated and won zero titles in the millenium while spending the most each year? Not exactly the model franchise lately.
“Just because they havent been caught..doesnt mean they didnt do it.” Hey that’s great, if you read my post you’re trying to refute you’d see I already said “the list was never said to be all encompassing…not all who used are on the list, BUT all on the list are those who used.” Hey thanks for echoing my sentiment.
A full stadium is the measure of what exactly? Is that like a full stadium to see Ashlee Simpson lip-synching? The ends justifying the means? You keep on not caring(and not winning.)
December 14th, 2007 at 9:25 pm
Are you having trouble reading and understanding??
I named BOSTON for the reason which I stated in the initial story… Mitchell works for the Boston Red Sox!!!
It would be like Brian Cashman heading a steroids investigation, and finding Daivd Ortiz, Schilling, Youkalis (which are definetly on it), and a bunch of Red Sox…but not seeming to mention any Yankees.
Use your brain!!
There are no defamation suits…because like YOU said… “its 24 hours later”. Theres also no convictions…are there???? Thought Not.
Mitchell is not risking credibility.. because he can always claim that the “trainer” that named those players lied to him. the guy is plea bargaining…. of course he is going to say what they want to hear.
Also… you are missing the point… All those Yankees could be guilty of steroids…the FACT of the matter is… there are just as many on the other teams…but they chose to target NY.
You tell me to GET OVER IT …. No need to get over it… Like I said.. Yankee stadium will be filled, and YOU Yankee haters will be the only ones crying about it!!
WE DONT CARE!!
A full stadium of Yankee Fans that will go watch EVERY SINGLE game, and not think twice about a steroid issue.
Therefor proving my point…that in the end… it really DOES NOT MATTER!! Pettitte will be cheered, Yankees will becheered… nothing will be thought of it!!
The only people crying will be you jealous fans who are so deperate to hate the Yankees…that you spend your time going to a YANKEES BLOG SITE to argue about the Yankees.
LOLLOLOLO I LOVE IT!!
You claim we are not Winning?? name ONE…yes..name ONE more succefull basbeall team in history. Oh..you can’t!!
They will be seeing a WINNING team, that makes the playoffs every year, and has 26 World CHampionshps to its name. OH…I see you avoided answering the guy aboves question: Who is your team? LOLOL
“the list was never said to be all encompassing…not all who used are on the list, BUT all on the list are those who used.” Hey thanks for echoing my sentiment.”
^^ Yeah…a sentiment which proves my point!!

Couple things here:
No player will sue. I mean they might, but they’ll lose.
Senator Mitchell (the Boston RedSox member of the board) is not stupid. He has sort immunity before going in to this. That has been well documented, and also discussed in his press conference.
So all this “then how come there are no defamation lawsuits yet.
1) the report is 2 hours old.
2) Mitchell has immunity
I mean really. It’s only been discussed for 20 months, about what players can and can not do.
Guess no one pays attention.
Know why there are barely any Pirates or Rockies or Rangers or Royals or Cubs or Padres or etc, etc on the list?
Mitchell spoke to a Mets clubhouse attendant, a Yankees strength and conditioning trainer, and a current Yankee player. All NY people.
If he spoke to a Cubs attendant, Sosa would have been on the list. Everyone here assumes Sosa is guilty, but he’s not on the list.
Everyone assumes Pudge is guilty. He’s not on the list. No why? Because he never played for the Yankees or Mets, and Mitchell’s team hasn’t been destroyed by the Tigers for 102 of the last 105 years.
It’s a reason the names that are on the list, are on the list.
Because 2 ex-cons, that are facing more jail time, gave up people they had connections with, in order to save his own ass.
I highly doubt ANYONE believes McNamee when he has an agenda to his testimony.
Boston Redsox that would be on that list if Mitchell asked his own clubhouse attendants:
Rod Beck
Derek Lowe
Juan Pena
Brian Daubach
Nomar (don’t think his body broke down for 2 years for nothing)
Jose Offerman (already been suspended)
Rich Garces
Ugueth Urbina (Also a convicted murderer)
Shea Hillenbrand
Angel Santos
Carl Everett
those names have already appeared on other people’s lists (Canseco, Grimsely etc)
Those names appeared on lists from FORMER teammates and pro players…..not 22 year old clubhouse boys.
Anything else?
Didn’t think so.
December 15th, 2007 at 2:07 pm
Couple things here:
“Guess no one pays attention,” is right. You managed to mistake and misrepresent that I previously stated the reason for no MLB action against those on the list, nor defamation suits from those named being the report only just being released.
I’ll have to guess you’re replying to the OP on that point and the “know why there are barely any Pirates or Rockies or Rangers or Royals or Cubs or Padres or etc, etc on the list?” which I also previously covered here.
Your real loss of credibility is the accusation “Mitchell’s team hasn’t been destroyed by the Tigers for 102 of the last 105 years,” therefore his report is illegitimate. As if Mitchell was born in Boston 105 years ago and has been fantasizing about demeaning the Yank**s ever since.(see Yank** Paranoia) You Yank** fans fancy your team important, don’t ya?
You also should realize 90% of ALL guilty charges result from some sort of plea. Let’s look at another case of plea testimony. JASON GIAMBI. He received no MLB penalty in exchange for testimony. Hmm, wonder what he said? Wonder who the Sultan of Shot may have given up? Your tainted Yank** lovin’ minds can’t grasp the Giambino might’ve given up some names? What about Jason Grimsley? He must’ve lied about Clemens and Pettitte and I guess he should be discounted too. Hell, let’s get rid of all witness testimony. If you’ve gotten a parking ticket, you’re not credible. Oh wait, you accept some of what he said since he mentioned some Red Sox? You understand hypocrisy, I see that.
Since you don’t believe in witness testimony, do you believe all canceled checks, emails, letters, computer records, shipments to team facilities, etc. were also fabricated in a giant plot to get back at Yank** Titl*s in a giant envyious plot?(see Yank** Paranoia)
Brian McNamee was hired as the strength and conditioning coach for the Yankees in 2000 with Clemens’ (and likely others) support, following Clemens from Toronto. Not a clubhouse boy, or is that meant to diminish the testimony of Kirk Radomski, a 37 year old former Mets batboy who also worked as an equipment manager and clubhouse assistant His job status not high enough for you? If he witnessed a murder, you’d use the “he’s just a clubhouse boy” defense?
You let everyone know which testimony YOU’LL accept and get back to us. Is it only guys over 25? Only players? Only canceled checks? It’s a combination of all of these which show Yank** guilt, open your eyes.
Anything else?
Yeah, I didn’t think so.
December 15th, 2007 at 3:54 pm
LMAO…..”It’s also funny…that all these are ACCUSATIONS…with NO PROOF!!”…..HAHAHAHAHAHA…..I guess Pettitte’s lying about himself and can’t be trusted…..still a “Witch Hunt”?……seems we found us a witch, who admits he’s a witch….LOL….Too funny…right from the HGH Horse’s mouth…didn’t hear Pettite say anything about Mitchell’s credibility, did ya?…..unreliable witnesses….LMAO….
December 15th, 2007 at 4:49 pm
YANK**: Lets quote your double talk and contradictiry statements..shall we??
“You managed to mistake and misrepresent that I previously stated the reason for no MLB action against those on the list, nor defamation suits from those named being the report only just being released.”
Yet..you question “why haven’t there been defamation suits filed if everyone is not guilty”.
You like to AVOID what is being asked for you to explain by double talk..sorry ..it doesnt work.
you also must have missed this part of my statement:
“Also… you are missing the point… All those Yankees could be guilty of steroids…the FACT of the matter is… there are just as many on the other teams…but they chose to target NY.
Pettitte will be cheered, Yankees will becheered… nothing will be thought of it!!”
^^ Yet again… all 13 players can be guilty of steroids…but the FACT OF THE MATTER is, that theres the same amount (or more) players on every team doing it…and he chose to not mention the Red Sox players, and put all of his attention towards NY players.
You keep mentioning “cancelled checks, phone calls, etc..”. Did you not READ my answer to this above?? I’ll quote it for you: “They did not say that the emails, cancelled checks, and notes, applied to certain players.. YOU are assuming those were to the Yankee players named.”
OK…so now you can bring it up for the 5th time..and i can give you the same answer.
I could let the other guy “sincere” answer what you directed towards him.. but I might as well shut you down again now…
You crawl to the level of saying “Mitchell wasnt born 105 years ago?? NO KIDDING SHERLOCK?? It’s called sarcasm…the point that im sire was being made, is that Yankees have destroyed Mitchells team through history.
And as far as …
“You Yank** fans fancy your team important, don’t ya? ”
^^ YES..as so do YOU!! Apparently they are important enough to have non-Yankee fans like YOU spending winter days on a YANKEE BLOG!!!! They are important enough that
the Red Sox winning a championship got over shadowed by Yankee trade talks and signings!! LOLLOL They are important enough to have the highest attendance and most mechandise sold EVERY YEAR…and dont need to win the championship to do it. Most of all…they are important enough to not only tick you jealous fans off….but to actually tick off a Sports Network and Mitchell to actually target Yankee players!!!
NUFF SAID!! Take th eL and go home….
OH..and notice you STILL have not answered who your “team” is?? BUT..I dont blame you for not saying… it would just be that much easier to break you down!!
December 15th, 2007 at 5:00 pm
Also…maybe you should actually READ the article about PETTITTE before running your mouth. lolololol
And..yes it is plenty of Accusations without Proof.
Funny that you seem to not mention about David Justice interview..or the players that deny accusations??
December 15th, 2007 at 5:21 pm
Parasite:
YOUR loss of credibility is when you ASSumed I thought Mitchell was born in Boston, and was 105 years old.
my statement was clear and simple. Mitchell’s team, as in the team he roots for has been destroyed by the Yankees for well over 100 of the last 107 years.
I know that has to hurt, but it’s facts.
Another loss of credibility on your part, is where you ASSumed I said or thought the players on the Mitchell list were innocent.
I never said ANY of the players (Yankees or not) were innocent.
Never once.
In fact, not only did I NOT say they were innocent, I ADDED players to conversation, but mentioning other players that were on other lists, and put out there by other people.
ouch. THAT…has got to hurt.
ANOTHER loss of credibility on your part is when you assumed is that I don’t believe witness testimony.
Show me where I said that. I DARE YOU to show me where I said that.
Didn’t think so!
Yet again…more damaging credibility on your part. I’M…ME…I’m the one that said McNamee was a strength and Conditioning coach. I NEVER said he was a clubhouse guy or boy.
Go re-read what I wrote.
If you’re going to take my “anything else…yeah I didn’t think so” line, at least get something RIGHT.
You’ve have gotten EVERYTHING wrong (as I just proved in this post).
Let me guess, you were talking to “BornTalent” and not me, but quoted me several times. hahahahha
I’ll let you try again…since I live for it.
You lost again.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:47 pm
Sphincter:
I lost again?….LOL…..Yank**s lost again…like this year…and last year…and the year before that…and the year before that…..and the year before that……and the year before that…….and the year before that…..LMAO
“Those names appeared on lists from FORMER teammates and pro players…..not 22 year old clubhouse boys.”…”I NEVER said he was a clubhouse guy or boy.”
YOUR ASSinine words….LOL
“ouch. THAT…has got to hurt.”
“Everyone assumes Pudge is guilty.”…hmm, an ASSumption for all on your part..
“Everyone here assumes Sosa is guilty.”…oh dear, more ASSumption
“I highly doubt ANYONE believes McNamee when he has an agenda to his testimony.”.. more hilarious ASSumptions…seems MLB believes him…seems Andy Pettitte believes him…”I never said ANY of the players (Yankees or not) were innocent.
So you don’t believe his testimony, AND don’t believe anybody’s innocent?
You ASSume I truly gave you so little credit to actually think you believe George Mitchell is 105 five years old and born in Boston?…I guess sarcasm eludes you…I guess you saying you “live for this” banter should be taken verbatim?…how sad..
“Mitchell’s team, as in the team he roots for has been destroyed by the Yankees for well over 100 of the last 107 years. I know that has to hurt, but it’s facts.”
Hurt? “The Red Sox have two World Series Championships in the last four years” is a fact…Andy Pettitte used Human Growth Hormone is a fact…”The Yank**s have less titles this millenium than the Marlins, Angels, White Sox, Cardinals, Diamondbacks and Red Sox” is a fact….do they hurt?
“You’ve have gotten EVERYTHING wrong.”…Oh no, I’ve have?LOL
“the list was never said to be all encompassing…not all who used are on the list, BUT all on the list are those who used.” I said that, am I wrong?
“the main witnesses worked within the Mets and Yank**s organizations so obviously there clientele would largely be through their work associations. ” Hmmm, I said that too…is that wrong?
“The bias comes from Yank** fans who are understandably upset the team and players they invested their time, money, emotion into have been exposed as cheats.” this is becoming clearer and clearer as more Yank** fans attempt to speak on this topic…
“anything else…yeah I didn’t think so”…dude, you’re taking credit for that line…really?…you want credit for that?
I’ll let you try again, since it amuses me….
Yank-**s LOSE……Thuhhhhhhhhhh Yank-**s LOSE………
December 16th, 2007 at 2:23 am
I never said he was a clubhouse guy. for the 3rd time, I called McNamee exactly what he was. a Strength and conditioning coach.
3rd time I said that. All 3 times I was correct.
2nd time you said I called him a clubhouse boy, 2nd time you were wrong.
So you consider the Yankees losing, if they don’t win the win series every year?
Well they weren’t in the World Series this year, or the year before that, or the year before that, or the year before that.
But what we do is win the EAST every year. Last year, we won it in AUGUST after a 5 game sweep in 4 days, AT FENWAY.
Which had Theo crying “We can’t compete with the Yankees” and then 3 weeks later he spent 200+ million dollars.
50 million to post and 50 million to sign Dice-K.
70+ million on JD DREW hahahahaha
30+ on JULIO LUGO.
really THINK about that…JULIO LUGO 30+ million.
Forget Okjima (who needs t rest in August) and the other players. over 200 million on just those 3 players.
And we didn’t win the EAST this year.
Spotting you 14 games.
Won the season series against you.
and it STILL took you until game 160 to clinch.
THINK about that.
we lost to the Indians in 5 games.
If you played them in a 5 games series, you would have lost too.
You needed every inning of every game to win.
We started 26 rookie pitchers. 23 of them made their ML debut, and it wasn’t until game 160 before you clinch, after losing the season series, to us (again) and a prompt sweep in september, where Yukilous cried that a 23 year old threw a breaking ball over his head.
a breaking ball….hahahahahahahha
Homothug.
I don’t believe who’s testimony?
A convicted Felon looking at Federal time.
Nah not all of it.
EVERYONE…thinks Pudge and Sosa are guilty. No assumptions.
EVERYONE does. Prove they don’t.
Prove to me that before today, you didn’t believe those two were guilty.
Prove that to me.
THOUGHT NOT.
(ouch..THAT has GOT to hurt)
Sarcasm eludes me? I was being sarcastic with my opening remarks, and YOU tried to call me out on it. Sarcasm must elude you…..but then again, I’ve proven that.
you quoted me as saying “Mitchell’s team, as in the team he ROOTS for”
show me where I said that? Like the other dares, you chose to ingore..I DARE you to show me where I said that.
I said the team he WORKS for, not ROOTS for.
I guess education isn’t your strong suit (although I’ve proven that already)
Since 2000, the Yankees and Redsox both have been to two world series.
The red sox won both. The Yankees won 1.
We have 26, you’re not in double didgits.
Gange a 2007 member of the Red sox, was on steriods.
Andy Pettitte used HGH, which was not against the law, nor was it against baseball rules. Where did Andy fail a drug test? Where did Andy break a rule?
oh that’s right. he DIDNT fail a drug test, or break a rule. No wonder he will not be punished.
Yes. you’ve gotten everything wrong, and this guy BornTalent is making you look foolish.
please take I LIVE FOR THIS as verbatim
, because it is.
YES you are wrong, because all on the list, did not use steroids….Pettitte is an example.
Pettitte is on the list.
Pettitte did not use steroids. He used HGH.
Pettitte did not break any MLB rules.
Pettitte did not break any laws.
Pettitte does have the best pickoff move in the game.
Anything else…yeah I didn’t think so.
I want credit for that, just as much as redsox fans sing Sweet Caroline.
you wouldn’t know that because you live in NY, and became a Red sox fan this year. hahahahahaha
I always win.
It’s so easy and fun…..come try it.

YOU started 26 rookie pitchers with by far the highest payroll because YOU(Yank**s) apparently don’t know how to spend money WISELY…you really expect people to give the Yank**s a pass because they were stupid in their spending and counted on old Mussina, Pettite, and Clemens? awww, poor babies…try spending $300 million, maybe you’ll have some depth and stop whining..when your ancient closer you just locked up for 3/45 breaks down, you’ll claim you’re a victim…YOUR Yank**s did sign “Oh-My-Goodness-gracious-Roger-Clemens” to a $28million 2007 contract, right? he of the 6-6 record and 4.18 ERA…money well spent there, he did give ya an 11.57 ERA in the playoffs..LMAO…REALLY, THINK ABOUT THAT….
this millennium and in this forum, seems you ALWAYS LOSE…
thanks for being my comic relief though…
December 16th, 2007 at 10:03 am
Did you really try bringing up money and how to spend it, as a Yank** fan!
BWAAAAAAAAHHHHH!
How’s Kei Igawa working out(6.25 ERA)?
Carl Pavano for 4/40 was brilliant, $10 mil this year for 11 innings, NICE!
like that Jason Giambi (7/120)contract I’m sure, he gave ya a .236 AVG and 39RBI for this year’s $23 million LMAO…
Dougey EyeChart helped ya out too…never mind Jaret Wright? Kevin Brown? Jeff Weaver? Randy Johnson? Hideki Irabu?
You’re really making this too easy…
you always losing and all

funny how you’ve proved nothing I’ve asked you to prove.
funny how you’ve answered none of the questions, I’ve asked you.
I said the team Mitchell WORKS for..not ROOTS for.
Triple dare me?
OK, unlike you…I will.
12/15/07 - 5:21 PM - 4th line down. 14th word of the sentence. ROOTS for.
I WIN!!! again……and proved you wrong again.
100 million dollars for Dice-K, how’d that work out for you?

Dustin Pedroia
Julio Lugo
GREAT money management.
No question you have no idea who 3/4 of those names are, as you’ve been a Red Sox fan for about 8 months.
Look at that list. hahahahahaha
THAT has GOT to hurt.
so, you’ve triple dared me to prove you wrong. I did, with date, time, number of line, number of word in sentence, etc.
and then I have just showed you how your 19 different guys, to fill in two positions, in 9 years. LMAO
don’t get me started on your 1st and 3rd basemen.
This is fun. I love knowing more baseball than other people, and love exploiting other people’s teams.
You and your team are too easy to make fools of.
But please don’t run away…I want to keep doing this.
I LIVE FOR IT!
hahahahahahahaha
I love winning…it’s so fun!
December 16th, 2007 at 9:38 pm
Dude, how high are you?…really…
You contradict yourself AGAIN in your last post…saying you prove ME wrong, when showing yourself to be wrong with YOUR OWN DIRECT QUOTE
YOU: “I said the team Mitchell WORKS for..not ROOTS for.”
YOU: “12/15/07 - 5:21 PM - 4th line down. 14th word of the sentence. ROOTS for.
I WIN!!! again……and proved you wrong again.”
You state you said “WORKS”, then cite a date, time, number of line, number of word in sentence, etc. which illustrate you said “ROOTS”
….it’s truly astounding….
The only thing you’ve “proven” is you obviously have some sort of WORKS-ROOTS blindness, or a form of mental retardation…after misquoting YOURSELF numerous times, it’s obviously the latter…
December 16th, 2007 at 11:33 pm
still avioding my “dares” and still haen’t answered a question.
You know how I can tell when I’m winning, and have you stuck….your replies are shorter and shorter.
If you’re only replying, to show up…..you’ll lose.
I’ll be here for the next 25 years. I aint going nowhere.
I LIVE FOR THIS.
You need some substance in your posts.
How about answering one of the many questions, or taking the one of the many dares I’ve challenged you to take?
You “triple whatever dared me” and I took that dare and hit is “wicked far”.
I love winning.
It’s all I know how to do.
It comes natural to me.
(I LOVE how you had NOTHING to say about your 19 infielders over the last 9 years. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
Really….I really am THAT good.
You also never commented on me calling you a newbie Red Sox fan.
Ah. when I’m right….I’m……just having a regular day.
hahahahahaha
I win (again)….but we already knew that.
your turn.
Try again…I dare you.
December 17th, 2007 at 12:06 am
Retardation it is…thanks for the confirmation…
you’re ignoring how ridiculous you look misquoting yourself…I mean you went back and cut + pasted YOURSELF…were too DUMB to read what YOU wrote…and then said your quote backed you up…it’s really too easy…
you could’ve said you made a mistake…like Andy Dandy…but you took the Cl*m*ens route…with even less success…truly hilarious..I don’t expect this much humor form a Yank** fan…I thank you….
Sincere said:
December 15th, 2007 at 5:21 pm “my statement was clear and simple. Mitchell’s team, as in the team he roots for has been destroyed by the Yankees for well over 100 of the last 107 years.”
Sincere said:
December 16th, 2007 at 2:23 am “you quoted me as saying “Mitchell’s team, as in the team he ROOTS for”
show me where I said that? Like the other dares, you chose to ingore..I DARE you to show me where I said that.
I said the team he WORKS for, not ROOTS for.

Triple dare me?
OK, unlike you…I will.”
12/15/07 - 5:21 PM - 4th line down. 14th word of the sentence. ROOTS for.
I WIN!!! again……and proved you wrong again.”
LMAO…..I’ve got it…you’re schizophrenic
Yup…you “win”
again….LMAO
December 17th, 2007 at 11:10 am
” Dice-K, how’d that work out for you?”
worked out pretty well for the Sox..15 wins…201 K’s…4th in Rookie of the Year voting…and a World Series win…in his first year…
he’s no Kei “highest paid Single-A pitcher of all-time” Igawa…..I’ll give you that..
December 17th, 2007 at 3:53 pm
Well.being that you ignored all of my comments… i’ll take that as you getting shut down.
NOW..to jump into this convo with you and Sincere…
FIRST off… you having to complain anout Payroll..COMPLETELY proves my point above… that this Steroids issue is just another thing that will UPSET YOU YANKEE HATERs….not us Yankee fans. Its another topic that we DONT CARE about…but it makes you people MAD and upset to cry about it. Now we have “Steroids” and “Payroll”….. so in conclusion..I guess steroids was a good thing….because it upsets all you Yankee haters. lol SO now when you say “You YANKEE fans cry” ….. Is it US who cry…or YOU who cries??
Funny that you mention PAYROLL???
1) So I guess the whole entire league can complain and say that the Red Sox dont deserve to be Champions?? You have a higher payroll than almost every team in baseball… so I guess, you guys only win because of your payroll!!! Unless you are in the bottom half of the league in payroll…. don;t be DUMB enough to complain about it!!!
2) LEARN exactly WHEN and HOW to use the payroll excuse, and not just listen to the word being said, without knowing details. RED SOX have spent wayyyyy more money on free agens over the past 10 years then the Yankees. WE have a high payroll..because we take care of OUR players.
We dont go out and pay the highest players every year like you do…. we go after one player. We have a high payroll, because we PAY OUR PLAYERS (FARM players that came up through the system, and we TRADE out prospects).
Look at the core of the Yankees in the 90’s Championship run…look at us in the 2000’s. Main players who brought success were from FARM SYSTEM and TRADES. Not FREE AGENT MONEY SIGNINGS..like BOSTON DID!!
I could give a list if you need it!!
OF course..you already proved you are embarrased of your team, because when you were asked “WHO IS Your Favorite Team???” you never answered….but basically just blurted it out in frustration.
NEXT… you called DICE-K a good signing? LOLOLOLOLOL
15-12 with a 4.40 era?? Thats good?? LOLOLOLOL
Lastly… you keep bringing up the ROOTS FOR- WORKS FOR thing every post…when you were proven wrong!! You trying to twist things around like we cant go up and read.
SINCERE said that he works for the Red Sox (just as i said). You claimed he said “ROOTS FOR”.
U LOSE

“you keep bringing up the ROOTS FOR- WORKS FOR thing every post…when you were proven wrong!! You trying to twist things around like we cant go up and read.
SINCERE said that he works for the Red Sox (just as i said). You claimed he said “ROOTS FOR”.
U LOSE”
ANOTHER Yank** fan who can’t read….I guess I shouldn’t be surprised…
I didn’t CLAIM anything…I cut+pasted the direct quote showing him wrong…..
THEN
cut+pasted the direct quotes of him quoting himself incorrectly…
NOW
you apparently can’t read either…it’s all written above…try again..

I WIN
P.S. Who had more postseason RBI in 2007, Dice-K or Jeter?
Oh, it was Dice-K
OK, Jetes is an intangible guy….let’s try..
Who had more postseason RBI in 2007, Dice-K or A-Rod?
DARN, it was the pitcher AGAIN!
December 17th, 2007 at 4:10 pm
“You trying to twist things around like we cant go up and read.”
take your own advice…
December 18th, 2007 at 12:11 am
You lose all credibility in the fact that you are comparing DICE-K to JETER.
GAME OVER
December 18th, 2007 at 12:12 am
Wanna count Rings??
THOUGHT NOT!!
December 18th, 2007 at 12:37 am
Damn, how bad did I want to get in this, but Born talent handled everything.
All I can say is, when you have to ignore everything we say, ingore every dare we pose to you, and continue to bring up the same topic over and over…that’s a loss.
But don’t leave…please…in fact, I hope we can take this to a chat room, where you can get all your Red Sox fans (you know, the Brett Farve looking kids, that wear cargo shorts in the winter, and can’t pronouce “car” and “far” correctly) because you bore me.
you have the balls to say Dice K was a good signing?
“worked out pretty well for the Sox..15 wins…201 K’s…4th in Rookie of the Year voting…and a World Series win…in his first year…”
HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisuke_Matsuzaka
Matsuzaka got into severe legal trouble when he began dating his current wife Tomoyo Shibata. On September 13, 2000, he drove to her apartment one night without a valid license, illegally parked his car and it got towed, then had a team official take the blame for him to avoid a scandal.
However, the truth soon got out and he, the official, and Tomoyo were harshly criticized and punished for their actions. The fact that Matsuzaka was underage by Japanese standards at the time while Tomoyo was a much older, respected, and popular TV reporter with a large male fan base also did not help matters. Their subsequent courtship and marriage was also rather unusual because while Tomoyo worked for Nippon Television, the official sponsor of the Yomiuri Giants, Matsuzaka played for the Lions who were partially owned by TV Asahi, a rival station.
THE GUY IS FULL OF SCANDAL.
THAT’S THE GUY YOU PAID 100 MILLION DOLLARS FOR?
YOU NOTE HIS 15 WINS, BUT FORGET TO NOTE HOW MANY TIMES HE LOST. 12.
15-12 with a 4.40 ERA - for 100 million dollars?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
against the Angels he lasted 4 2/3 innings in the playoffs.
100 million dollars? hahahahahahaha
against the Indians - another 4 2/3 innings.
So let’s briefly recap.
100 million dollars for a pitcher that got rocked Twice in his first 2 post season starts.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
oh his 3rd start? Game 7 against the Indians (if the redsox played the best of 5 against them, they’d be eliminated)
His 3rd start? He went have innings.
$100 Million Dollars for 10 1/3 innings in THREE starts.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
GREAT SIGNING!!! SIKE!
whp had more wins in the playoffs?
Phil Hughes or Dice-K??
answer…Hughes….and he only pitched once. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
100 million dollars, down the drain.
Can we please take a look at the 70+ million the Redsox spent on JD DREW?
I promise….we’ll have tons of fun. hahahahahha
Parasite:
Guess what?
you lost again!
hahahahahahaha
I love winning. It’s so easy.
December 18th, 2007 at 9:05 am
“whp had more wins in the playoffs?
Phil Hughes or Dice-K??
answer…Hughes….and he only pitched once. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”
How many times do you wish to embarrass yourself? I guess at least once more…Dice-K was 2-1 in the postseason, genius…Philip Hughes had one win….
AGAIN, you prove you CANNOT READ…
leave it to a Yank** fan to say a guy who finishes his FIRST season of his contract with 15 wins, 200+K’s, 4th-ROY, and oh yeah, WON THE WORLD SERIES, was a bad signing..
full of scandal? you mean that he got his car towed?…Ya think Cl*m*ens and P*ttitt* would trade scandals?
LMAO…thanks for more laughter..
You love winning?
laughing…..soooo….hard….at….that….
full of scandal and a failure after one year where he won the World Series…plus you got his wins wrong…what else is new…you getting something wrong that’s written right in front of you…
LMAO
try again…I love laughing…
be sure to include incorrect stats, misquote yourself, throw in a parking ’scandal’….then say you ‘won’ something…
December 18th, 2007 at 9:10 am
I heard if you say catch phrases a 17 year old would be embarrassed to say, that makes you right….
LMAO..
Game Over, man…….
Anything Else? Yeah I thought not…
I Always Win, Yeah…
December 18th, 2007 at 9:14 am
“if the redsox played the best of 5 against them, they’d be eliminated”
Oooh let me try to predict what MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED in FantasyLand..
OK, if the Yank**s played nine game World Series, they’d umm, never have won any….does that work for you people in hypothetical-guess-land?
oh the laughter…
December 18th, 2007 at 10:11 am
“100 million dollars, down the drain.”??
Wow, Dice-K made $100 mil this year? thought he had FOUR YEARS LEFT, after his debut WORLD CHAMPION season..
You wanna compare the value of Dice-K to say Mussina + Pavano + Igawa? 2007 dollars for wins, SO, ERA, and a title?
or do you wanna compare JD Drew’s 2007 money and production to say Jason Giambi?
Do You Wanna? Let’s briefly recap..
Name 2007 salary AVG. HR RBI TITLES
JD Drew: $14 mil .270 11 64 1
Giambino $23.4 mil .236 14 39 0
Name 2007 salary W-L SO ERA TITLES
Dice-K $18.3 mil 15-12 201 4.40 1
Moose/Pavano/Kei
$30 mil 14-13 148 5.45 0
I won’t even include the luxury tax dollars your Yank**s are paying for those quality pitchers, which brings that astronomically-low production value down even further..
You like those numbers? feel like you got a good deal?…throw in Dice-K having as many postseason RBI’s as A-Rod and Jetes COMBINED…yeah, that’s “100 million dollars, down the drain.”
Please, make this a bit challenging….as fun as this is ripping you to shreds…
December 18th, 2007 at 4:01 pm
*12 LOSES and a 4.50 era on the Best team in baseball ….is HORRIBLE.
NO..not worth 100 million.
*NO..he did not “WIN” the World Series…his team did. He got blasted every time he pitched.
So..if the Yankees win the World Series, and have Wilson Bettemit, who does noting all year, and then in the playoffs does nothing…. that make him better than David Ortiz..because he wont a World Series?? LOLOLOLOL
GREAT LOGIC!!!
And you are picking random players to compare DIce K to …. WOW..we can pick the worst player soff a roster too!! Yeah.. DICE-K is better than Jeter…. riiight.
Go look up Jeters career post season stats..then talk to me!!
Ps: KEEP AVOIDING MY STATEMENTS ABOVE AS USUAL…. WANNA COMPLAIN ABOUT PAYROLL??? TOUGHT NOT
December 18th, 2007 at 5:49 pm
not really random players at all…going in to the season that was 40% of your rotation, and would’ve been 60% if not for injury…it ended up taking the combining of those three pitchers to approach Dice-K’s season, that was my point in answer to posts saying he was a bust…..comparing starting pitchers to starting pitchers there……not a utility infielder with 84 AB(Betemit) to a guy with 549 AB(Ortiz)…that wasn’t MY logic..also, are you insinuating Matsuzaka’s winning 15 games amounts to him “doing nothing all year” in the regular season? just curious…
as far as Jeter/A-Rod etc. again I’m responding to the assertion Dice-K is somehow a terrible signing…I simply noted the interesting fact that in addition to his value as a pitcher, he also hit in the clutch……I never said “Dice-K’s better than Jeter”…just that he had more RBI this postseason, that’s all I said…I’m still scratching my head at assessing a contract as bad with 80% of the contract remaining and a first-year Championship..
you keep writing about $100 mil…again I’ll restate he totaled $18 mil with posting/signing bonus/contract this season……and in year one, he won 15 SO 201 and he and his team won the World Series..I hope that last part is clear enough about he and the team…I apologize for the misunderstanding in a room where people refer to the Yank**s as “WE”…
Also, I didn’t “complain about payroll”…I replied to the statementof the Yank**s “having to start 26 rookie pitchers”….it seemed this was being used like “we had to start 26 rookies and still almost caught the Sox”..I simply stated that the Yank**s, the team with the highest payroll, should well have had better depth so as to not be in that position…that’s all…
December 19th, 2007 at 2:44 pm
Dice-K was 2-1 in the postseason, genius…Philip Hughes had one win….
WRONG!!
Dice-K had ONE win in the playoffs.
10/6/07 (Angels) - He did not get the win
10/15/07 (Indians) - He did not get the win. He got the Loss.
10/21/07 (Indians) - He won
*******************************
Dice-K’s 2nd win was in the WORLD SERIES….but I said PLAYOFFS, not post season, not World Series.
I said PLAYOFFS, and you included his win in the World Series, which isn’t the playoffs, it’s the post season, but not the playoffs.
You play the playoffs, to GET TO the World Series.
YOU LOSE! (Again)
I KNEW..you’d fall for that one. Suck a Johnny come-Lately. A typical NYer, that just started liking the RED SOX in June of this year.
“leave it to a Yank** fan to say a guy who finishes his FIRST season of his contract with 15 wins, 200+K’s, 4th-ROY, and oh yeah, WON THE WORLD SERIES, was a bad signing..”
15 wins in the AL sucks. Wang had 19 in his first series. Your point?
15 wins is a Number 4 starter.
15 wins with 12 losses is a NCAA pitcher.
100 million dollars for 15 wins and a dozen losses, on one of the best teams in baseball.
Wins is a product of the team you play on. Of those 15 wins, he deserved 11. The Sox come back and won him 4 of those wins.
now let’s look at what the pitcher CAN control. ERA.
4.40 ERA for 100 million dollars? HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
“full of scandal? you mean that he got his car towed?…Ya think Cl*m*ens and P*ttitt* would trade scandals?”
Well seeing how Pettitte did nothing illegal and nothing wrong. HGH was not banned by baseball in 2002, and HGH is not against the law…..and seeing how Dice-K was stalking the woman, and she had to call the police on him for domestic abuse…..I’d say they wouldn’t trade scandals.
See YOU can’t read…and I know more about your team, and all of baseball them you Johnny.
“full of scandal” (GLAD YOU SEE IT MY WAY) and a “failure after one year where he won the World Series” (GLAD YOU ADMIT THAT NOW)…”plus you got his wins wrong” (AS I JUST POINTED OUT..YOU GOT THEM WRONG)…”what else is new…you getting something wrong that’s written right in front of you…”(THAT WOULD BE YOU)
“if the redsox played the best of 5 against them, they’d be eliminated”
Oooh let me try to predict what MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED in FantasyLand..
WHY PREDICT? YOU LOST 3 OF THE FIRST 4 GAMES…IT ALREADY HAPPENED. HAD THAT HAVE BEEN A BEST OF 5, YOU WOULD HAVE LOST….LIKE YOU DO HERE NIGHTLY.
“Wow, Dice-K made $100 mil this year? thought he had FOUR YEARS LEFT, after his debut WORLD CHAMPION season..”
NO. HE DIDN’T MAKE THAT…THAT IS WHAT THE REDSOX WILL PAY, AND THEY PAID MOST OF IT ALREADY (THEY HAD TO PAY 50 OF IT TO HIS TEAM IN JAPAN, UP FRONT) . GLAD I COULD HELP YOU AGAIN.
You wanna compare the value of Dice-K to say Mussina + Pavano + Igawa? 2007 dollars for wins, SO, ERA, and a title?
AS LONG AS WE CAN COMPARE THE MONEY WED TO THEM TOO..WHY NOT? GOOD THING YOU PICKED OUR #5 #6 AND #7 PITCHERS.
TRY PICKING WANG…WHO MAKES LEAGUE MINIMUM, AND HAD AS MANY WINS AS JOHAN 2 YEARS AGO..AND HAD 19 THIS YEAR…AND WAS RUNNING UP IN THE CY YOUNG AWARD 2 YEARS AGO.
HOW ABOUT JOBA’S 0.38 ERA? MO’S? HUGHES?
DIDN’T THINIK SO.
“or do you wanna compare JD Drew’s 2007 money and production to say Jason Giambi?”
GIAMBI IS ON THE LAST YEAR OF A 7 YEAR CONTRACT. HE ALREADY PAID HIS DIVIDENDS. JD DREW ON THE OTHER HAND…IS SOMEONE YOU JUST SIGNED. HE’S FRESH…AND YOU’RE STUCK WITH HIM. HAHAHAHAHHA
GOOD TRY THOUGH…BUT I KNOW THIS SPORT, AND I’M OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE.
“I won’t even include the luxury tax dollars your Yank**s are paying for those quality pitchers, which brings that astronomically-low production value down even further..”
HOW COULD YOU INCULDE IT, WHEN YOU’RE GETTING A SHARE OF THE MONEY, AND SPENDING IT ON JULIO LUGO. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
“You like those numbers? feel like you got a good deal?…throw in Dice-K having as many postseason RBI’s as A-Rod and Jetes COMBINED…yeah, that’s “100 million dollars, down the drain.”
OH WAIT, DICE-K’S 2 RBI’S JUSTIFY HIS 4.40 ERA AND 12 LOSSES?
I’LL STICK WITH THE TWO HALL OF FAMERS. YOU CAN HOW THE BUST.
“that was 40% of your rotation, and would’ve been 60% if not for injury”
OH NOW IT’S COOL TO ADMIT THE YANKEES HAD INJURIES, BUT WHEN I MENTIONED IT, IT WASN’T COOL. HAHAHAHA
“I simply stated that the Yank**s, the team with the highest payroll, should well have had better depth so as to not be in that position…that’s all…”
IF 16 PITCHERS GET HURT, YOU CAN HAVE ALL THE DEPTH IN THE WORLD, NO ONE IS PREPARED FOR THAT. IT’S A FACT, NO LIE, THE YANKEES STARTED MORE ROOKIE PITCHERS THIS YEAR, THAN ANY TEAM HAS IN A YEAR, IN THE HISTORY OF BASEBALL…AND STILL WE’RE IN THE HUNT FOR THE EAST THE MORNING OF GAME 160.
NOT BAD.
JEFF KARSTENS GOT HIS LEG BROKE BY JULIO LUGO, ON THE FIRST PITCH OF THE GAME. IGAWA CAME IN AND SHUT THE SOX DOWN THAT AFTERNOON. I WAS AT THE GAME WITH RED SOX FANS (THAT ARE FRIENDS OF MINE, MAKING THEIR YANKEE STADIUM DEBUT) I THOUGHT FOR SURE WE WERE GOING TO LOSE.
IT WAS KARSTENS VS JULIAN TAVAREZ I BELIEVE. (NO, WE MET JULIAN THATDAY..MAYBE IT WAS DICE-K THAT STARTED) I WAS SURE WE WERE GOING TO LOSE. FIRST PITCH KARSTEN BREAKS HIS LEG..I SAID “HERE WE GO”. LUCKLY FOR ME THAT DAY, THE YANKEES WON. LOL
OK..WELL SPEAKING OF WINNING…I DID IT AGAIN..JUST WAIVE THE 5 YEAR PERIOD AND PUT ME IN THE HALL OF FAME NOW.
GOODNIGHT PARANIOD. I’LL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR 6 POSTS TOMORROW. LOL
December 19th, 2007 at 3:02 pm
It’s really sad when you resort to brining up HITTING STATS for a Pitcher!! that shows how much of a valued arm he has.
do you know how many post season Hits and RBIs that Mariano Rivera, or Andy Pettitte have??
NO???… Niether do I ..because they are known for clutch PITCHING in the playoffs.
You are missing the whole point of the BETIMET example….. Just because someone is on a WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM…doensat mean that “they WON the world series because of them”.
If you think 15-12 on the best team , and one of the highest scoring teams in basbeall..is worth that money???
YOU DONT KNOW BASEBALL!!
As far as picking RANDOM players…. YES..yo upick the bottom guys in the rotation…and 2 of them were not even in the rotation for more than 1 game.
LEts pick out: WANG or PETTITE?? RIVER or JOBA??
THOUGHT NOT… IGNORE THIS AS USUAL..and BRING UP SOMETHING ELSE!!
I WIN
December 20th, 2007 at 11:21 am
Ahh, I see, you’re suddenly a fan of semantics while still not knowing the difference between works/roots and misreading/misquoting YOURSELF multiple times in your own posts……but you let that one go, finally….well then we’re BOTH correct as I said “Dice-K was 2-1 in the postseason”….feel free to rant about me stating a fact, too…more POSTSEASON WINS 2007…Dice-K…clear enough?
“WHY PREDICT? YOU LOST 3 OF THE FIRST 4 GAMES…IT ALREADY HAPPENED. HAD THAT HAVE BEEN A BEST OF 5, YOU WOULD HAVE LOST….LIKE YOU DO HERE NIGHTLY.”…
“15 wins in the AL sucks.”
10 pitchers had more wins than Dice-K in 2007. Some who didn’t, Pettitte, Santana, Haren, Bedard, Bonderman, Cabrera, Buerhle, Guthrie, Kazmir, Mussina, Millwood, Burnett…. I GUESS THEY ALL SUCK!?
“15 wins with 12 losses is a NCAA pitcher.”
better stop chasing that crappy (15-13)Santana then….ACCORDING TO YOU, HE’S NOT EVEN AN NCAA PITCHER, right? good talent scouting there…
I’ll leave your pathetic attempt at a personal attack out, after laughing..so YOU want to HYPOTHETICALLY SHORTEN A SERIES, say everything would’ve played out exactly the same, and declare the Red Sox losers of those series? Do you not see the ridiculousness of that? maybe you don’t since I didn’ t CAPITALIZE EVERY WORD TO MAKE IT SEEM IMPORTANT..
I CHOOSE BEST OF THREE
96 YANKEES SWEPT 2-0 IN WORLD SERIES
98 YANKEES LOSE 2-1 IN ALCS
THAT WORK FOR YOU? IT’S RIDICULOUS? AGREED.
REGARDING $100 MILLION
“NO. HE DIDN’T MAKE THAT…THAT IS WHAT THE REDSOX WILL PAY”
OR
“4.40 ERA for 100 million dollars? HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA”
UMMM, TAKE YOUR PICK….WHICH IS IT?
strange you’re so concerned with dollar value as most of these Yank** players we’ve discussed come with a 40% luxury tax addition to their salaries…..since you love including posting fees, be sure to include the luxury tax…glad I could help you out…How’s Igawa working out at A-Ball for $50 million? making Dice-K seem like a bargain, comparatively!…I guess you’re GLAD the Yank**s lost out bidding $36 million posting fee for Dice-K and saved that for the $26 million posting fee for Igawa?
5,6,7 pitchers?! So, the Yank**s signed Igawa for $50 million to be a 7 pitcher? guess they did succeed, he is one..$11.5 million for Moose, guess that makes him a 5 starter? Pavano’s $10 mil slots him as a 6? not in the Yank**s plans….their performance(or lack thereof) made it shake out that way
“OH NOW IT’S COOL TO ADMIT THE YANKEES HAD INJURIES, BUT WHEN I MENTIONED IT, IT WASN’T COOL. HAHAHAHA”
What? oh, I’m sorry…..WHAT!?
“TRY PICKING WANG…WHO MAKES LEAGUE MINIMUM, AND HAD AS MANY WINS AS JOHAN 2 YEARS AGO..AND HAD 19 THIS YEAR…AND WAS RUNNING UP IN THE CY YOUNG AWARD 2 YEARS AGO.
HOW ABOUT JOBA’S 0.38 ERA? MO’S? HUGHES?
DIDN’T THINIK SO.”
You never do think, so…..
Mo’s ERA? 3.15 for $1o million closer
Papelbon’s ERA 1.85 for $425,000 closer
that ERA?
Hughes ERA? 4.46…that one? the ERA worse than Dice-K’s whom you said was an NCAA pitcher? what’s your point?
Bravo for Joba…I can give credit to a great 24 innings..we’ll see how the starting works out..
I compared Dice-K, whom the Yank**s tried to aquire, to Igawa, whom they did…two Japanese pitchers posted in the same offseason…both starters…both making tens of millions…both bid on by the Yank**s….but, you don’t like that comparison…if I were you, I wouldn’t either, but it’s apt…
“GIAMBI IS ON THE LAST YEAR OF A 7 YEAR CONTRACT. HE ALREADY PAID HIS DIVIDENDS.”
NOW Giambi is on his last year(2008), finally…but, he paid his dividends? when exactly was that? I thought he’s never been on a Championship team, struggles to hit .250, doesn’t play a position, and got a 7/120 mil contract…if JD Drew finished up with those results, would you say he paid dividends for the SOX, WOULD YA? if you’re remotely fair you know you wouldn’t…but I don’t expect that much from you…
I look forward to your catch phrases, CAPITAL LETTERS, attempted personal attacks, and I’ll sift through them all for a fact or two..
December 20th, 2007 at 11:26 am

well it’s a good thing I NEVER SAID THAT, THEN…NONE of these jokers playing a kid’s game is “worth that money”

YANKE** Quotes as responses:
“I didn’t miss anything”
“Check again…”
well it’s a good thing I NEVER SAID THAT, THEN…NONE of these jokers playing a kid’s game is “worth that money”
^^^ LOLOLOLOL “I didnt miss anything” , “check Again” …and the few short answers like that which you also said to Sincere….. proves you had no response or answer. lolol You are REACHING…trying to just throw words that make no sense. lolololol
If you didn’t miss anything..than you are agreeing that Im right?? OK…so I won that one. NEXt…
“Check WHAT again??” lolol That you claimed he was a great pick up and worth the money because HE WON the World Series?? And then I proved you wrong?? NEXT…
“well it’s a good thing I NEVER SAID THAT, THEN…NONE of these jokers playing a kid’s game is “worth that money””
^^ LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL you argued the whole time that he was worth the money…and NOW you say he isnt?? lololololol
You are LOST!!
December 20th, 2007 at 3:40 pm
I am lost trying to decipher that last post
“If you didn’t miss anything..than you are agreeing that Im right?? OK…so I won that one. NEXt…”
What ARE you talking about? I referred you to my post where I previously stated a combined effort of “he and his team” won the Series..winning 15 regular season, and two POSTSEASON games qualifies for “he and his team”, or are you going to try and dispute Matsuzaka had any part in helping?….
…..then you said “Just because someone is on a WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM…doensat mean that “they WON the world series because of them”. AFTER I already had distinguished “he and his team” for you…then you said you “won” something again…alrighty…Yay for you?
“you claimed he was a great pick up and worth the money because HE WON the World Series?”
No, actually I never said he was a “great pick up” or “worth the money”, but don’t let that stop your rant…you brilliant folks said things about Dice-K like:
“100 million dollars, down the drain.”
“15 wins with 12 losses is a NCAA pitcher”
“HORRIBLE.”
I was pointing out all that is is your Red Sock bias talking…would you be SCREAMING what a bust Matsuzaka is if his first year in pinstripes ended with the same results? do be honest….you wouldn’t be grinning over a title?..thinking of him improving on his 15 win season after his first year in the States?

I’m not gonna lie: the weekly appearance of Carl on this site makes my life a little bit less miserable. This week, Carl attacks the Mitchell Report for being a New England scheme to sully the proud history of the Yankees.
***************************
“10 pitchers had more wins than Dice-K in 2007. Some who didn’t, Pettitte, Santana, Haren, Bedard, Bonderman, Cabrera, Buerhle, Guthrie, Kazmir, Mussina, Millwood, Burnett…. I GUESS THEY ALL SUCK!? ”
PETTITTE LEFT 7 GAMES WITH LEADS OF 3 RUNS OR MORE, AND EITHER GOT A LOSS OR A NO DECIESION.
THATS WHY YOU CAN NOT RATE A PITCHER ON WINS. ANYONE THAT KNOWS BASEBALL KNOWS THAT. CY YOUNG AWARDS ARE NOT GIVEN OUT ON WINS.
WINS ARE A PRODUCT OF A TEAM.
ERA AND STRIKEOUTS (I KNOW..DICE-K 201) ARE A PRODUCT OF A PITCHER.
WHIP IS ANOTHER STAT YOU CAN MEASURE A PITCHER BY, BUT I HAVE NO TIME TO EXPLAIN WHIP TO YOU. YOU COULDN’T TELL PLAYOFFS FROM A WORLD SERIES, IMAGINE ME TRYING TO EXAPLAIN WALKS/HITS DIVIDED BY INNINGS PITCHED?
“better stop chasing that crappy (15-13)Santana then….ACCORDING TO YOU, HE’S NOT EVEN AN NCAA PITCHER, right? good talent scouting there…”
CORRECT. I DON’T WANT HIM, BUT AGAIN, THE REDSOX ARE THE TEAM OFFERING MORE, AND CHASING HIM DOWN. AND FOR THE 4TH TIME 15 WINS FOR JOHAN ON THE TWINS, IS 23 WINS FOR JOHAN ON THE REDSOX OR YANKEES.
WINS, AS A STAT FOR A PITCHER ARE MEANINGLESS. THE GOLDEN TICKET TO THE HOF IS 300 WINS.
86% OF THE PITCHERS IN THE HOF HAVE LESS THAN 300 WINS.
SO 86% OF THE PITCHERS IN THE HOF, DID IT ON WHIP, ERA, AND K’S. WHY? BECAUSE WINS ARE MEANINGLESS.
SPANKY - IF YOU LEAVE HERE WITH ANYTHING, AND IT’S TIME TO TEACH YOUR SON THE GAME OF BASEBALL (ASK ME TO TEACH HIM FIRST), REMEMBER, WHEN LITTLE SPANKY DOESN’T GET THE WIN IN HIS LITTLE LEAGUE GAME, CHEER HIM UP..WINS MEAN NOTHING.
WINS MEAN THE LAST TIME YOU TEAM BATTED, THE HELD THE LEAD OR TOOK THE LEAD. WORRY ABOUT SPANKY’S ERA AND K’S.
NO, BECAUSE IT’S NOT HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING. IT’S A FACT.
IN THE FIRST 4 GAMES OF THE 2007 ALCS, THE RED SOX LOST THE FIRST 3. FACT!!
(I’M NOT USING CAP LOCK TO SEEM IMPORTANT, I’M USING CAPS TO BREAK UP YOUR WRITING FROM MINE, SINCE THIS STUPID BLOG DOESN’T LET YOU QUOTE, OR BOLD TEXT ETC. I’M MAKING IT EASIER FOR YOU TO READ THROUGH).
REGARDING $100 MILLION
“NO. HE DIDN’T MAKE THAT…THAT IS WHAT THE REDSOX WILL PAY”
OR
“4.40 ERA for 100 million dollars? HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA”
UMMM, TAKE YOUR PICK….WHICH IS IT?
BOTH!
strange you’re so concerned with dollar value as most of these Yank** players we’ve discussed come with a 40% luxury tax addition to their salaries…..since you love including posting fees, be sure to include the luxury tax…glad I could help you out
I DID. ABOUT 3 DAYS AGO. I MENTIONED TO YOU, THAT THE RED SOX HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING THEIR SHARE OF THE LUXURY TAX DOLLARS FROM THE YANKEES. THEN I WENT ON AND ON ABOUT THE YANKEES GIVING LT SHARES AWAY TO THE OTHER TEAMS. FORGOT OR JUST CAN’T READ?
GLAD I COULD HELP “YOU” OUT WITH THAT.
How’s Igawa working out at A-Ball for $50 million? making Dice-K seem like a bargain, comparatively!…I guess you’re GLAD the Yank**s lost out bidding
IGAWA IS DOING GREAT. HE BEAT THE REDSOX 4/28/07. SHUT THEM DOWN. ALLOWING 1 RUN IN 7 INNINGS.
http://scores.espn.go.com/mlb/boxscore?gameId=270428110
THAT HAS GOT TO HURT!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
OUCH! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
“$36 million posting fee for Dice-K”
WRONG! THE SOX POSTED OVER $50 MILLION.
from the Washington Port:
A major sticking point is the record $51.11 million bid the Red Sox submitted to the Seibu Lions for Matsuzaka’s services. The Red Sox submitted the bid last month, and were given 30 days to sign him
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/12/12/AR2006121200032.html
On November 14, the Boston Red Sox won the bidding rights to Matsuzaka with a bid of $51,111,111.11
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisuke_Matsuzaka
(same link I already sent to you the other day. Guess you can’t read)
HAHAHAHAHAHA
I POST FACTS! YOU POST LIES.
THAT HAS GOT TO HURT!!
5,6,7 pitchers?! So, the Yank**s signed Igawa for $50 million to be a 7 pitcher?
YES. WHEH YOU HAVE THE DEPTH WE HAVE, YOU CAN DO THAT.
NOW WHY THE RED SOX SIGNED WAKEFIELD AND TIMILIN AGAIN THIS YEAR….WELL….THAT HAS GOT TO HURT. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What? oh, I’m sorry…..WHAT!?
CAN’T READ AGAIN?
Mo’s ERA? 3.15 for $1o million closer
Papelbon’s ERA 1.85 for $425,000 closer
THE DIFFERENCE?
MO PITCHES. HE THE BEST COLSER EVER.
PAPELBN DANCES LIKE A FAGGOT, AND “HAS TO REST HIS DEAD ARM” EVERY AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. THERE’S A REASON THEY DIDN’T MAKE HIM A STARTER. HE COULDN’T HACK IT.
I ALSO ENJOYED HIM BLOWING ANOTHER GAME THIS SUMMER TO THE AL MVP.
THAT HAS GOT TO HURT! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Hughes ERA? 4.46…that one? the ERA worse than Dice-K’s whom you said was an NCAA pitcher? what’s your point?
HUGHES WAS COMING OFF AND INJURY AND HAD AN INNINGS COUNT. POINT MADE.
HUGHES, THE SAME GUY THE TWINS WANT FOR THE BEST PITCHER ON THE PLANET. NOT DICE-K. PHIL HUGHES. POINT NOW PROVEN.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Bravo for Joba…I can give credit to a great 24 innings..we’ll see how the starting works out..
FAIR ENOUGH. BUT…PLEASE TELL YOUKILUS, NOT TO CRY TO THE UMPS WHEN TWO “BREAKING BALLS” GET AWAY. HE WAS TRYING TO BURY A CURVE. IT’S THE SAME REASON THEY BOTH WENT IN THE SAME SPOT. HE WAS TRYING TO BURRY THE SAME PITCH.
TELL YUK (OR WHATEVER THEY CALL HIM) TO RELAX. THE KID IS 23 AND A ROOKIE. HE’S NOT TRYING TO HIT HIM. REALLY. YOUKILUS ISN’T THAT IMPORTANT. THE DUDE LOST EVERY JOB HE’S HAD IN THE MAJORS, AND ONLY CURRENTLY HAS A GLOVE ON, BECAUSE PAPI MAY BE THE ONLY PLAYER WORST THAN GIAMBI IN TEH FIELD.
ONE GUY MADE MORE STARTS THAN THE OTHER. WOULD BE FAIR FOR ME TO COMPARE THEM TWO ONE ONE GAME, SO WHY COMPARE THEM ON A SEASON WHERE ONE WAS IN A STARTING ROTATION ALL YEAR AND ONE WASN’T.
BOTH TEAMS BID ON HIM. ONE TEAM THOUGHT HE WAS JOHAN SANTANA AND WERE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF BASEBALL WITH THE $51 MILLION BID. THE OTHER TEAM TOOK A MODEST CHANCE AND SENT IN A BID COMPARABLE WITH EVERY OTHER BID. THE METS BID MORE THAN THE YANKEES FOR DICE-K.
FOR $100 MILLION SPENT, ON A 4.40 ERA, I THINK THE YANKEES AREN’T TOO UPSET ABOUT NOT GETTING DICE-K. NOT AS UPSET AS THEO IN CUBA, BREAKING CHAIRS, LOSING OUT TO THE YANKEES. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I DON’T CARE WHO YOU ARE. BE LARRY THE CABLE GUY, I DON’T CARE…THATS FUNNY RIGHT THERE.
10/16/03
2003 ALCD GAME 7
TWO HOMERUNS IN THE GAME.
I CAN GO ON FOREVER WITH HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS, BUT I FIGURED YOU’D LIKE THAT ONE. AARON BOONE DID.
(AND SPANKY, SINCE I ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO WRITE BACK….SHOW ME THE FAILED TEST, THEN BRING IT UP)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
THAT HAS GOT TO HURT!
if JD Drew finished up with those results, would you say he paid dividends for the SOX, WOULD YA?
DPENDS WHAT HE DOES. IF JD DREW WINS YOU GAMES WITH WALKOFFS, AND CLUTCH POST SEASON HRS…MAYBE.
I look forward to your catch phrases, CAPITAL LETTERS, attempted personal attacks, and I’ll sift through them all for a fact or two..
I ALREADT EXPLAINED THE ALL CAPS…BUT IT WOULDN’T BE THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THINGS OVER AND OVER TO WIN.
FACTS? I TAKE ON EVERYTHING. I BACK THEM UP WITH LINKS.
YOU…YOU INGORNED ME FOR A WEEK, AND I JUST LET IT GO, BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO STAY AND KEEP TRYING. BORN TALENT HAS BEEN CALLING YOU OUT FOR AVIODING HIM THOUGH…BUT YOU JUST AVIOD THAT. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
you brilliant folks said things about Dice-K like:
“100 million dollars, down the drain.”
“15 wins with 12 losses is a NCAA pitcher”
BRILLANT. FINALLY..YOU REALIZE 15-12 WITH A 4.40…IF THAT WERE BECKETT HE’D BE LAUGHED OUT OF THE LEAGUE.
BECKETT WON’T DO THAT TO YOU (HE MAY GIVE UP MORE HOMERUNS THAN ANYONE IN THE LEAGUE, LAST LAST YEAR, BUT HE WON’T DO THAT TO YOU). BECKETT CAN PITCH.
DICE-K? LET’S JUST SAY, NO ONE I KNOW FEARS HIM. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
*********************
would you be SCREAMING what a bust Matsuzaka is if his first year in pinstripes ended with the same results? do be honest….you wouldn’t be grinning over a title?..thinking of him improving on his 15 win season after his first year in the States?
I WOULD BE SCREAMING, BUT YOU’RE RIGHT, IF WE WIN THE TITLE, I’D GIVE HIM A PASS. HIM BEING IN A NEW COUNTRY AND NOT LIKING THE HOTEL BEDS, AND ALL THAT. YES, WITH A TITLE, HE’D GET A PASS (AND I’M THE ONLY ONE IN NY, BESIDES YOU THAT THINKS DICE-K IS GOING TO BE OUTSTANDING THIS YEAR).
BUT…..
15-12 WITH A 4.40ERA AND HAD THE YANKEES OF CAUGHT THE REDSOX, OR HAD THE REDSOX LOST TO THE INDIANS, WITH DICE-K HAVING ONLY PICTCHED TWO BAD GAMES IN THE POST SEASON (ASSUMING THEY LOST TO THE INDIANS, AND NOT REACH THE WS)IF I WERE YOU, I’D CALL FOR HIS HEAD.
JD DREW AND DICE-K ARE LUCKY THEY WON THE WORLD SERIES. MORE SO TO JD DREW…WITH DICE-K COMING IN TO A NEW COUNTRY AND CULTURE.
OK SPANKY….ALL YOURS.
POST ME ABOUT 6 OR 7 REPLIES.
ENJOY.
I KNOW I WILL.

Quite a diatribe…instead of a few short posts, you prefer one enormous one…your preference I get it…keep bringing up my shorter, multiple posts, that’s substantive…ONE RIDICULOUSLY LONG POST = BETTER…gotcha.
Great, you watch Adult Swim….super…I mean if Carl says it…..
soooo, wins are the product of a team, but losses are NOT?…
you don’t want Santana because of his 15-13, then say that translates to 23 W on the Yanks…you don’t want a 23 game winner on your team? price too steep(money/prospects)? really, I’m asking…trying to stick to baseball…someone should…
you’re proud of an April Igawa win, hmmm?…that was a biggy, one for the ages…there’s Larsen, the Bloody Sock, and that magical April at Yank** Stadium before a non-sellout crowd, which turned out to be HIS LAST WIN OF THE YEAR!…save that ticket stub, might be his last ML win..who is this supposed to hurt, really?
THEN, what else is new, a misquote from you…are these intentional or are you really lecturing me about reading posts while you constantly misread/misquote?
You:”“$36 million posting fee for Dice-K”
WRONG! THE SOX POSTED OVER $50 MILLION.”
yeah, that’s great, here’s MY QUOTE you’re attempting to quote..
Me:”the Yank**s lost out bidding $36 million posting fee for Dice-K and saved that for the $26 million posting fee for Igawa?”
I DIDN’T SAY THE SOX PAID $36 mil posting…but you feel free to misquote me and tell me you win something, it’s your niche….
“I POST FACTS! YOU POST LIES.”
you keep “proving” that, one misquote at a time…
early in your ginormous post you explain”I’M NOT USING CAP LOCK TO SEEM IMPORTANT, I’M USING CAPS TO BREAK UP YOUR WRITING FROM MINE, SINCE THIS STUPID BLOG DOESN’T LET YOU QUOTE, OR BOLD TEXT ETC.”….
ok, fair enough, thanks for the explanation…
except later IN THE SAME POST “I ALREADT EXPLAINED THE ALL CAPS…BUT IT WOULDN’T BE THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THINGS OVER AND OVER TO WIN.”
“over and over”?….I know your posts are long-winded, apparently even to you as you thought you posted the explanation before….it just felt like before, due to the length of your post…
You:”YOU INGORNED ME FOR A WEEK, AND I JUST LET IT GO, BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO STAY AND KEEP TRYING”
Did I? never mind that my FIRST post on this site was less than a week ago, I mean you state facts…the dates/quotes above must be wrong….
“DICE-K? LET’S JUST SAY, NO ONE I KNOW FEARS HIM. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”….what, Joey down the street doesn’t fear Dice-K?….good to know…
You: “HUGHES, THE SAME GUY THE TWINS WANT FOR THE BEST PITCHER ON THE PLANET. NOT DICE-K. PHIL HUGHES. POINT NOW PROVEN.”…..what point? the Twins wouldn’t want to take on Matsuzaka’s salary, the whole reason they’re considering trading Santana?…c’mon, even you know better than that foolishness…
You: “YOUKILUS ISN’T THAT IMPORTANT. THE DUDE LOST EVERY JOB HE’S HAD IN THE MAJORS AND ONLY CURRENTLY HAS A GLOVE ON, BECAUSE PAPI MAY BE THE ONLY PLAYER WORST THAN GIAMBI IN TEH FIELD.”
…where to start…Youkilis has been in the ML four years, the last two as a 1B totaling 262 games there the last two years..this year, he committed ZERO errors at first in 135 games, winning the Gold Glove..now he has another reason to were a glove, it’s golden..how has he lost every job? he came up at third, they acquired Lowell and he moved to first where he’s a regular/GG…winner…lost jobs? also, the Sox can DH Ortiz, Yanks can’t DH Giambi full time, shame the Yank**s have multiple guys who can’t play the field(Giambi, Damon,Matsui…
“IF JD DREW WINS YOU GAMES WITH WALKOFFS, AND CLUTCH POST SEASON HRS…MAYBE.”…considering there are four years left on the deal, perhaps a wait-and-see approach(the same which should apply to Dice-K) would make sense…I mean instead of declaring the result with 80% of the contract remaining…also, sure Giambi had a big ALCS in ‘03…then promptly hit .235 with one RBI in the Yank** World Series Loss to the Marlins…but, I guess you’re stoked about that ALCS game?
December 20th, 2007 at 9:28 pm
Quite a diatribe…instead of a few short posts, you prefer one enormous one…your preference I get it…keep bringing up my shorter, multiple posts, that’s substantive…ONE RIDICULOUSLY LONG POST = BETTER…gotcha.
NAH. I JUST SAY IT ALL IN ONE POST. YOU MAKE YOUR POST. THEN REALIZE I ROASTED YOU, SO YOU COME BACK. THEN REALIZE WHAT YOU WROTE STILL WASN’T GOOD ENOUGH, SO YOU TRY A 3RD TIME. GET MAD. BANG THE DESK, POST AGAIN, STILL KNOW IT’S NOT UP TO PAR, SO YOU TRY FOR A 5TH AND SOMETIMES A 6TH TRY.
Great, you watch Adult Swim….super…I mean if Carl says it…..
GOT IT FROM A CO-WORKER. I WATCH ESPN AND YES. I COULDN’T TELL YOU WHO THE VICE PRESIDENT IS, BEFORE HE SHOT HIS FRIEND IN A HUNTING ACCIDENT, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THE THE PITHC AARON BOONE HIT OUT OF THE BALL PARK IN GAME 7 OF THE 2003 ALCS.
soooo, wins are the product of a team, but losses are NOT?…
THEY ARE…
you don’t want Santana because of his 15-13, then say that translates to 23 W on the Yanks…you don’t want a 23 game winner on your team? price too steep(money/prospects)? really, I’m asking…trying to stick to baseball…someone should…
REAL TALK. I’M 50/50. IF IT HAPPENS, OK. I’LL WARM UP TO SANTANA AND HIS MULTI 15 K GAMES.
BUT I’M A BIG MINOR LEAGUE GUY. I ROOTED FOR HUGHES DOWN BELOW. ROOTED FOR WANG, MELKY (DIDN’T FOLLOW CANO MUCH). I’M ROOTING FOR GUYS LIKE AUSTIN JACKSON (A-JAX) IN THE YANKEES MINOIR LEAGUE SYSTEM. SURE JOHAN HELPS THE YANKEES, BUT IS HE ENOUGH? IF HE’S NOT BRINGING THE YANKEES A WORLD SERIES TITLE, I RATHER WATCH THE KIDS COME UP AND MATURE. I DON’T WANT TO LOSE HUGHES OR JOBA. ANY AND ALL PROSPECTS..THEY CAN GO…..SO DEEP DOWN, I KNOW JOHAN FOR HUGHES IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, AND I’LL ACCEPT IT, BUT IF IT DOESN’T GO THROUGH…I’M COOL WITH THAT TOO, CAUSE I’M NOT SURE ADDING JOHAN MAKES THE YANKEES THE CLEAR CUT FAVORITE TO WIN IT ALL. THEY STILL HAVE TO HIT IN THE POST SEASON.
you’re proud of an April Igawa win, hmmm?…that was a biggy, one for the ages…there’s Larsen, the Bloody Sock, and that magical April at Yank** Stadium before a non-sellout crowd, which turned out to be HIS LAST WIN OF THE YEAR!…save that ticket stub, might be his last ML win..who is this supposed to hurt, really?
NOT PROUD. YOU ASKED HE HE’S DOING. I TOLD YOU EVER SINCE HE SHUT THE RED SOX DOWN, HE’S BEEN FINE.
RIGHT. THE SOX POSTED MORE THAN 51 MILLION FOR DICE-K. I KNOW, I KNOW, YOU CAN’T BELIEVE IT. NO ONE COULD EVEN VORAS IS ON RECORD SAYING THEY OVER PAID. THE BASEBALL WORLD LAUGHED AT THE SOX. OVER $100 MILLION FOR 15 WINS. BUT NOT JUST 15 WINS, A DOZEN LOSSES TO BOOT. IMAGINE THAT? BUT FORGET THAT, BECAUSE THAT JUST MEANS THE SOX SAVED HIM 3 TIMES OR HE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN 12-15. LOOK AT THAT $100 MILLION DOLLAR ERA 4.40. I SWEAR, THAT REALLY WAS HIS ERA. LOOK IT UP. YOU PROBABLY DON’T BELIEVE THE SOX PAID $100 MILLION FOR A 4.40 ERA…BUT THEY DID. IT’S A FACT.
“I POST FACTS! YOU POST LIES.”
you keep “proving” that, one misquote at a time…
THANK YOU….AND I’LL KEEP DOING SO, UNTIL YOU REALIZE, YOU CAN NOT GET AWAY WITH THAT HERE.
“over and over”?….I know your posts are long-winded, apparently even to you as you thought you posted the explanation before….it just felt like before, due to the length of your post…
I AS REFERRING TO THE MANY THINGS IVE TOLD YOU OVER AND OVER, LIKE WINS MEAN NOTHING TO A PITCHER. IT’S LIKE SAYING SO AND SO WINT HE GOLD GLOVE, HE’S GOT GOOD DEFENSE. PLEASE. THOSE THINGS ARE POPULARITY CONTEST. (WARNING..BECAUSE WHAT YOU REPLY WITH HERE, BECAUSE I HAVE THINGS LOADED UP….AS PROOF. AS IN A CERTIAN 1B PLAYING 14 GAMES AT FIRST AND DHING THE REST OF THE YEAR, YET STILL WINNING THE AWARD…..BECAREFUL MY FRIEND. I’M THAT DAMN GOOD).
Did I? never mind that my FIRST post on this site was less than a week ago, I mean you state facts…the dates/quotes above must be wrong….
THEY WERE, AND HAVE SINCE BEEN FIXED.
“DICE-K? LET’S JUST SAY, NO ONE I KNOW FEARS HIM. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”….what, Joey down the street doesn’t fear Dice-K?….good to know…
IT’S JASON AND MIKE DOWN THE STREET, AND ALSO THE MANY MLB PLAYERS I KNOW.
SPANKY, DO YOU THINK IF THE SOX COULD GET SANTANA STRAIGHT UP FOR DICE-K, THE SOX WOULDN’T PULL THE TRIGGER…AND..PAY HALF OF DICE-K’S SALARY? ARE YOU NUTS. NOT THE TWINS FAULT YOU OVERPAID FOR DICE-K, BUT BE DAMNED IF HE WASN’T PITCHING IN MINNY, IF THEY COULD UNLOAD THE 201K 4.40ERA IMPORT FOR JOHAN.
I ALREADY WARNED YOU ABOVE ABOUT THE GG AWARD…PLEASE. IT’S AS VALUABLE A A GOLD STAR GIVEN BY A 5TH GRADE SCIENCE TEACHER. HE LOST HIS JOB EVERY YEAR HIS BEEN IN THE MAJORS EXCEPT THIS YEAR, BECAUSE HIS COMP WAS SHREK. I’M NOT SHOCK HE LOST OUT TO A YANKEE FARMHAND AT 3RD. YOU?
“IF JD DREW WINS YOU GAMES WITH WALKOFFS, AND CLUTCH POST SEASON HRS…MAYBE.”…considering there are four years left on the deal, perhaps a wait-and-see approach(the same which should apply to Dice-K) would make sense…I mean instead of declaring the result with 80% of the contract remaining…also, sure Giambi had a big ALCS in ‘03…then promptly hit .235 with one RBI in the Yank** World Series Loss to the Marlins…but, I guess you’re stoked about that ALCS game?
FAIR ENOUGH ABOUT TH
