Instead of watching his teammates in Scranton last night, Joba Chamberlain was on a plane for Toronto. The 21 year old is a big part of the latest bullpen shake-up that saw Mike Myers be designated for assignment just two days ago.

And because of Jason Giambi rejoining the team in Toronto as well, the team will have to make another roster move to add him,  I’ve read it looks like it will Jeff Karstens or Brian Bruney and possibilities to go.

Jim Brower was the latest addition to the bullpen after Myers release, the 34 year old has played for 7 major league clubs and 10 organizations. Although he hadgood numbers in AA, 4-1 with a 1.65 era and 20 saves in 35 games, we’ll see if he can add some veteran presence to the bullpen.
