Time to Rant …

Kyle Farnsworth is the newer edition of Felix Heredia. What does this mean…you might ask??
Well.. you know the feeling you get when Kyle Farnsworth enters the game, and you just 100% KNOW for a FACT that he is going to give up a run (most likely a homerun)… and you wonder..Why would Joe Torre possibly put him in the game??

A few years ago, we had Felix Heredia. I do not recall ONE time in which this guy did not give up a Homerun when he came in for relief. Yet, for some reason, Torre insisted on putting him in close games, time after time again. After Torre ended his affair with Heredia, we then had to put up with Herdia #2 aka Tanyon Sturtz. Tanyon Sturtz took Heredias role of Torres favorite reliever which gave up a homerun every time he entered a game.

NOW…we have Kyle Farnsworth. When Farnsowrth enters the game, you just KNOW that a run will be scored. The big question is.. WHY does torre continue to bring him in the game?!?!
It’s time to let him go..or drop him to the minors. Sadly enough… Joe Torre will call upon Farnsworth in a 1 run game, when it really counts…. and we can all be dissappointed again.
